Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong expertise in data integration and transformation techniques using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Ability to design and implement complex data workflows and job configurations.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing data processing performance.
- Familiarity with data quality management and error handling within data services environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
