As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will spend time designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational goals and operational workflows. Your role includes analyzing existing processes, proposing innovative application designs, and ensuring that the developed software effectively supports business objectives. Engaging in discussions to refine requirements and iterating on design concepts to deliver practical and efficient applications will be central to your daily activities.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Experience with integration of various enterprise systems and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and optimize performance.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
