As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the development process.

- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience in system integration and application configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
