As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. The engineer acts as the main liaison, overseeing the progress of projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. Collaboration and communication are key, as the role demands continuous engagement with different teams to drive the successful delivery of custom software solutions.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Experience with scalable and secure application architecture on cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud-based applications for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
