About Us

Beyond&more curates Luxury Furniture & Decorative Lights for Residences & Offices. We deal with over 800 European brands and curate from those and new ones that we add. We have our Showroom & Office in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Role Description

Min 2 years of experience in a curation, design, or creative buying role with a demonstrable focus on lighting

Prior experience working with or for a European lighting company (brand, distributor, or showroom) OR direct collaboration with Indian lighting designers or studios

• Strong visual sensibility and the ability to articulate why a piece works not just what it is
• Familiarity with both high-end production lighting and limited-edition or artisanal pieces
• Comfortable reading technical specifications (lumen output, colour temperature, IP ratings) while keeping the conversation design-led
• Proficiency in presenting curated selections mood boards, specification sheets, supplier decks

What We're Not Looking For

Someone who specifies lighting from a catalogue. We want someone who has an opinion, can defend it, and knows the difference between a piece that looks good in a photo and one that actually transforms a room.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Product Design or Architecture.
