About the Role

Slikk is looking for a Home & Interior Stylist to lead trend research and curation for the home category. This role focuses on identifying emerging interior trends, translating them into commercially relevant assortments, and shaping a cohesive, design-forward offering for the modern urban home.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on global and domestic home dcor and interior trends, consumer preferences, and competitor landscape
• Identify emerging styles, themes, color palettes, materials, and category opportunities across home dcor and furnishings
• Curate trend-led assortments across categories such as soft furnishings, dcor accents, tableware, lighting, and lifestyle products
• Work with AI-powered tools to prepare shortlisted products for cataloguing and listing
• Collaborate with Cataloguing and Category teams to ensure smooth execution from curation to go-live
• Track product performance and customer response to refine trend direction and assortment strategy

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in home styling, interior curation, buying, or merchandising
• Strong understanding of modern urban home aesthetics and evolving consumer preferences
• Experience with sourcing platforms or home dcor vendors is preferred
• Strong research and trend interpretation skills
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for color, texture, material, and spatial aesthetics
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance design and sellability
