Role : CRM Technical Admin
Exp : 5- 12 yr
Location : PAN India
Key Responsibilities
Environment Management
o Create, configure, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production) via Power Platform Admin Center.
o Perform environment copy, reset, and removal as per organizational policies.
o Monitor environment health and resolve issues related to access, performance, and configuration.
User & Security Administration
o Manage user access, security roles, and security groups.
o Coordinate with Environment Owners for role assignments and privilege escalations.
o Ensure compliance with PIM (Privileged Identity Management) and tenant-level security standards.
Storage & Resource Management
o Monitor Dataverse storage usage (Database, File, Log).
o Advise on storage compliance and coordinate cleanup or purchase of additional capacity.
o Track and report resource utilization (apps, flows, portals, Power Pages sites).
