ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Senior CRM Manager to serve as the second face of our organisation owning client relationships, leading a driven team, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes. You will represent our brand with authority, build enduring partnerships, and set the standard for client excellence across every touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Representation: Act as the primary client authority after senior leadership; build trust and executive confidence.
  • Relationship Management: Own key accounts end-to-end reviews, escalations, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and manage CRM executives; set KPIs and drive a high-performance culture.
  • CRM Strategy & Planning: Design quarterly and annual roadmaps, lifecycle campaigns, and retention programmes.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops for a seamless client experience.
  • Data & Insights: Track NPS, CSAT, churn, LTV; deliver executive-ready reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Platform Ownership: Administer and optimise CRM tools Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent.
  • Escalation Handling: Resolve complex client issues decisively, protecting both relationships and reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 710 years in CRM / key account management; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record managing teams of 5 or more members.
  • Executive presence with exceptional C-suite communication skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or MS Dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen; ability to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Advanced data literacy dashboards, reporting, and insight-led decision making.
  • MBA preferred; B2B, SaaS, or IT services background a strong advantage.
