Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented CRM professional who can own the
execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
This role requires someone who understands user behaviour, campaign performance
metrics, and growth levers, and can independently drive CRM initiatives from ideation to
execution.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, analyzing trends, forming
hypotheses, and making decisions that improve engagement, retention, and conversions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems using data and
customer insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
CRM Campaign Execution & Ownership
End-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp,
and SMS.
Ownership of campaign setup, scheduling, delivery, and performance tracking.
Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Strategy & Experimentation
Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
Continuously experiment with new ideas, messaging formats, and targeting strategies.
User Segmentation & Behavioral Insights
Define and build user segments based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stages.
Analyze user patterns and identify opportunities for better targeting and personalization.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Analyze campaign performance across metrics such as CTR, conversion rate,
engagement, and revenue impact.
Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and identify trends.
Translate numbers into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Campaign Calendar & Planning
Manage and maintain the CRM campaign calendar in alignment with business priorities.
Ensure consistent and optimized communication frequency across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, creative, copywriting, and business teams to execute
campaigns effectively.
Communicate campaign performance and insights with stakeholders.
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
Strong understanding of user behavior and customer lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns across Push, Email, WhatsApp, or
SMS
Ability to design and analyze A/B tests
Basic to intermediate SQL skills (ability to write queries and extract data)
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High level of ownership and accountability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
