Role Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer communication across digital

channels such as Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and In-App messages.

The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and conversions through

timely and relevant communication.

Key Responsibilities

Execute customer communication campaigns across multiple channels

Manage day-to-day CRM activities including scheduling and publishing campaigns

Work with user data to target the right customers at the right time

Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and approvals

Track campaign performance and share regular reports

Ensure accuracy of messages, links, and targeting before campaign launches

Follow internal processes and campaign calendars

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory

13 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing

Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools

Basic understanding of customer journeys and user segmentation

Good written communication skills

Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and dashboards

Preferred

Experience in app-based, consumer internet, D2C, or subscription businesses

Familiarity with push notifications, WhatsApp, email, or SMS campaigns

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
