Role Description

We are looking for detail-oriented CRM & Documentation Executives to manage customer documentation, maintain accurate records, and support the CRM function. The ideal candidates must have prior experience working in a real estate developers documentation team and should be well-versed in handling property-related documentation and customer coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

.Handle end-to-end customer documentation for real estate transactions

.Coordinate with customers for collection and verification of required documents

.Maintain and update records in the CRM system accurately

.Ensure all agreements, application forms, and legal documents are complete and compliant

.Work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams for smooth processing

.Track documentation status and follow up with customers for pending items

.Support registration, agreement execution, and handover documentation processes

.Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of all documents

.Ensure adherence to company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
