Job Description:
This role requires a financial expert with strong expertise in Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring, and Equity Funding to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include structuring transactions, conducting due diligence, assessing risks, and coordinating with lenders and investors to ensure compliance with credit policies. The candidate will analyse sanction letters, SOAs, term sheets, valuation reports, and financial statements, leveraging in-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, and industry best practices. The role involves managing the end-to-end sanction-to-disbursement process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring analysts, and preparing CAM reports, financial summaries, and risk reports. The candidate must stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, provide strategic insights, and consistently meet monthly revenue, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in Working Capital and Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding to deliver tailored financial solutions.
Proven ability to structure transactions, conduct due diligence, and assess financial risks effectively.
Coordinate with lenders and investors, ensuring alignment with suitable partners while adhering to credit policies and company standards.
Analyze sanction letters, SOAs, term sheets, valuation reports, and financial statements for informed decision-making.In-depth understanding of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, and industry best practices.
Oversee the end-to-end process from sanctioning to disbursement, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless debt transaction execution.
Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance environment and participating in recruitment.
Conduct due diligence, credit evaluation, and risk assessment for lending decisions.
Prepare detailed CAM reports, financial summaries, and risk reports to support decision-making.
Structure and negotiate debt agreements while ensuring compliance with financial covenants and risk policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, market risks, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
The candidate must consistently meet or exceed monthly targets in terms of revenue generation, sanctions, and disbursements.

Qualifications:
M.B.A. in Finance or equivalent degree, CA or CFA (Qualified or Perusing).
