Job Title: Credit Analysis (Asset Based Lending) (Associate/ Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead/ Manager)

Acuity is currently looking for for experienced professionals (3-10 years) in Corporate Credit Analysis, Annual Reviews, Portfolio Monitoring to join our growing team in Bangalore!

• Location: Bangalore
• Work hours: 11am to 8pm IST
• Department: Lending Services
• Experience Level: 3-10 years

Key Skills/ Responsibilities

• The candidate will perform credit risk assessment for General Corporate
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Build and maintain financial models to assess borrowing capacity, liquidity, and repayment ability.
• Review monthly borrowing base certificates for accuracy, trends, and covenant compliance.
• Track borrowing base deficiencies, over-advances, and collateral deterioration.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and handling risk rating assignments
• Strong writing skill and experience in preparing detailed credit reports (annual/quarterly reviews) by including profile of the counterparty, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, (including financial & peer analysis, rating rationale, outlook etc.)
• Analysing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks, understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the counterparties
• Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation.
• Maintaining strong relationship with the client

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations for Banks and Financial Institutions counterparties.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details.
• 3 - 10 years relevant experience in the field of credit analysis for Financial Institution
