FindX is building a curated creative-tech platform for creative professionals.

We have built a platform for editors, directors, designers, musicians, writers, producers, and other creatives who still struggle to get discovered, collaborate securely, get paid on time, or end up giving large cuts to agencies and middlemen just to access opportunities.

About the Role

Were looking for someone who genuinely understands people, communicates effortlessly, and can build strong relationships within the creative ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, onboarding, growth, and community building. Youll work closely with the founding team to help scale and strengthen the creator network on FindX.

What Youll Be Doing

• Identify and connect with high-quality creative professionals across industries
• Build relationships with filmmakers, editors, designers, photographers, musicians, producers, strategists, and more
• Reach out to potential members through calls, DMs, referrals, events, and industry networks
• Conduct onboarding calls and guide creators through the platform onboarding process
• Manage the complete onboarding journey from first interaction to activation
• Become the primary point of contact for creators during onboarding and early engagement
• Support creators with platform-related questions and issues
• Improve onboarding systems, communication flows, and creator experience
• Identify growth opportunities, creator communities, and partnership opportunities
• Work closely with the founding team on scaling the creator ecosystem at FindX

Who Were Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone who naturally builds trust and relationships quickly
• Strong understanding of creator culture, internet culture, and the creative industry
• Highly organised, proactive, and people-first
• Comfortable leading calls and speaking with experienced professionals
• Energetic, confident, and excited about building communities

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, community building, or creator operations
• Worked with creators, agencies, production houses, media companies, or creator-focused platforms
• Experience managing creator communities or onboarding systems
