Build scroll-stopping ideas for brands that are rooted in culture, not just trends.
Own content end-to-end: from idea script execution performance
Plan and execute short-form video content (Reels) with strong hooks and narratives
Spot cultural moments before they peak and turn them into brand moments
Use AI tools to speed up production and experimentation
Work closely with designers and editors to bring ideas alive

What you bring

24 years of full-time experience in social media strategy / brand storytelling / content (agency preferred)
Strong understanding of what makes content shareable, saveable, and scroll-worthy
A deep sense of internet culture, local nuances, and platform behaviour
You think in hooks, formats, and punchlines, not just posts
Solid grasp of Reels analytics and trends
Excellent writing + storytelling skills (you can say more with less)
Familiarity with AI tools and how to actually use them
Ability to move fast, iterate faster, and ship consistently

Youve made content that people have actually shared (not just liked)
You instinctively know what works in Bengaluru/ India-first internet culture
