About Kael Kael is an AI life coach on the App Store that helps people understand why they keep repeating the same emotional patterns. You tell Kael what's going on it figures out the pattern driving it, based on how you've reacted across your whole life.

Role We're looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of human psychology, storytelling, and social media. You understand why people spiral at 3am. You know how to turn that into content that stops a scroll.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute Kael's organic content strategy across TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms
• Write scripts for short-form video explainer style, story-driven, emotionally resonant
• Identify communities where Kael's target user hangs out and craft platform-native messaging for each
• Test hooks, formats, and angles analyze what works and double down
• Translate complex psychological concepts into simple, shareable content
• Build Kael's voice from the ground up

You Are

• Obsessed with human behavior and why people do what they do
• A strong writer you can go from a Reddit comment to a TikTok script to a product hook without losing the thread
• Deeply native on short-form content you understand what makes someone stop scrolling
• Comfortable with ambiguity this is an early stage role, you'll be building the playbook
• Fluent in at least one non-English language is a strong plus

You're Not

• A traditional marketer who thinks in campaigns and funnels
• Someone who needs a brief to start writing
• Waiting for someone to tell you what to post
