If you love breaking down viral ads, writing scroll-stopping hooks, testing new angles, and understanding why creatives perform this role is for you.

What Youll Do:

Ideate new creative angles for paid campaigns

Write high-converting hooks, scripts & ad copies

Create UGC-style and performance-focused ad concepts

Research competitor ads, trends & winning patterns

Collaborate with Media Buyers & Video Editors

Turn performance insights into scalable creative frameworks

What Were Looking For:

25 years of experience in Copywriting / Creative Strategy

Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling & persuasion

Performance marketing mindset

Ability to think in angles, problems, solutions & offers

Comfortable with rapid testing and iterations

Experience in D2C, Lead Gen, Finance, SaaS or performance-driven brands is a plus

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with Meta Ad Library / spy tools

Understanding of CTR, CPA, hold rates & creative metrics

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for ideation
