Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist who understands consumer psychology, direct-response marketing, copywriting, performance creatives, and social media storytelling. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ad frameworks, hooks, messaging angles, creative writing, organic social media content, and conversion-focused campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

This role requires someone who can think beyond aesthetics and create compelling content and creatives that drive engagement, brand recall, community growth, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop high-converting creative strategies for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and digital campaigns

* Plan and execute engaging organic social media content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms

* Create compelling ad copies, scripts, hooks, taglines, captions, and performance-driven messaging

* Develop ad concepts, messaging angles, and creative frameworks for direct-response campaigns

* Write engaging and persuasive copy for ads, reels, campaigns, landing pages, and social media content

* Ideate viral content formats, trend-based reels, UGC concepts, and storytelling-based creatives

* Research customer pain points, buying behavior, competitors, and market trends

* Work closely with performance marketing and design/video teams to execute winning campaigns

* Analyze ad and social media performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Watch Time, Engagement Rate, ROAS, CPA, etc.

* Continuously test new creative formats, scripts, hooks, and audience messaging

* Coordinate shoots, creator collaborations, influencer content, and production workflows

* Maintain content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution

Preferred Skills & Experience

* Strong understanding of performance creatives and direct-response advertising

* Excellent copywriting and creative writing skills

* Ability to write persuasive ad copies, hooks, scripts, CTAs, captions, and campaign messaging

* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media content trends

* Hands-on knowledge of ad frameworks, consumer psychology, storytelling, and organic content strategies

* Understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and performance marketing fundamentals

* Experience in D2C, wellness, healthcare, skincare, supplements, or consumer brands preferred

* Ability to identify winning creative angles and scale successful campaigns

* Familiarity with UGC content trends, reels, and viral short-form content

* Basic understanding of video editing and creative production workflows is an advantage

* Data-driven mindset with strong creative thinking abilities

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who

* Understand performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives

* Have worked on direct-response ads and scaling campaigns

* Can independently create strong ad copies, scripts, messaging angles, and social media content

* Have experience handling both paid and organic social media strategies

* Have experience with wellness, healthcare, supplements, or D2C brands

* Are updated with current social media trends and viral content formats
