Creative Scriptwriter – Video & Social Content

Prodigi Connect AI is a fast-growing marketing and AI-powered content agency helping brands scale through strategic storytelling, video content, and digital marketing.

We are looking for a Creative Scriptwriter with 2+ years of experience who can write compelling scripts for advertisements, brand films, and social media videos. This role requires someone who understands both traditional advertising storytelling and modern social media content formats.

You should be able to switch between formats from short 36 second hooks for Reels and TikTok to structured scripts for TVCs and brand films.

This role will work closely with our creative team, video editors, and production leads to develop high-impact visual stories for brands.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Format Scriptwriting

Write scripts for:

TVCs

Digital Video Commercials (DVCs)

Brand Films

Social Media Videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Concept Development

Develop creative ideas, storytelling angles, and campaign hooks aligned with brand objectives.

Format Adaptation

Translate one core message into multiple content formats suitable for:

Social media ads

Short-form video content

Brand storytelling videos

Visual Thinking

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure scripts translate effectively into visual storytelling and production workflows.

Copy & Dialogue

Write authentic dialogue, voiceovers, and on-screen text that resonates with diverse audiences.

Candidate Profile

2+ years experience in a creative agency, production house, or marketing team

Strong portfolio showcasing video ads or social media content

Ability to write across different tones witty, conversational, inspirational, or brand-led

Understanding of social media trends and short-form storytelling

Strong collaboration skills with creative and production teams
