Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a highly execution-driven Creative - Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative, creative educational products for children (ages 212). This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, content understanding, design sensibility, and operational excellence, with a sharp focus on timelines, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who can translate ideas into market-ready products, drive cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept to final delivery
• Develop project plans and timelines
• Ensure on-time delivery and proactive issue resolution

2. Product Development

• Lead creation of books, kits, charts, and activity-based learning products
• Ensure products are age-appropriate, engaging, and curriculum-aligned
• Drive continuous innovation (new concepts/formats)

3. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Content, Design, Video, and Freelance teams
• Optimize resource allocation
• Conduct effective reviews and ensure timely feedback implementation

4. Quality Assurance

• Maintain high-quality, error-free deliverables

5. Budget & Efficiency

• Manage budgets across content, design, and production
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities

6. Reporting & Process Discipline

• Maintain accurate trackers, and documentation
• Ensure on-time reporting
• Enforce SOPs, file management, and version control

Preferred Candidate:

• 8-10 yrs in Project Management.
• 5 yrs experience in Educational Publishing / EdTech / Kids Product Development
• Strong project execution and deadline management skills
• Good understanding of content, design, and product development workflows
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
