Creative Project Manager – Café Concept

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end development of a new caf concept. This role goes beyond operations it requires strong creative thinking and execution across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete caf project execution from idea to launch
• Translate brand vision into real-world experience (menu, packaging, customer journey)
• Coordinate with interior designers, coffee experts, and kitchen consultants
• Oversee menu presentation, storytelling, and visual identity
• Ensure consistency in creativity across space, product, and communication
• Manage timelines, vendors, and on-ground execution

Core Expertise Required:

• Strong creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to visualize and execute concepts end-to-end
• Understanding of caf/F&B trends, branding, and customer experience
• Project management skills with ownership mindset
• Eye for aesthetics + practicality
