Peexia Animation is a creative studio specializing in AI-powered video production, motion graphics, product commercials, brand storytelling, and digital marketing content. We work with businesses to create engaging visual experiences that help brands communicate effectively.

We are looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about working in a creative environment.

• Coordinate with clients through email and WhatsApp.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Organize project files and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and freelancers.
• Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.
• Support LinkedIn and digital marketing activities.
• Assist with recruitment coordination and administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools.
• Experience using project management tools is an advantage.
