Position: Creative Manager

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (6 days On-site)

Role Overview:

Touch925 is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Manager who can lead and

manage the entire creative function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic

design, visual storytelling, and team leadership, along with hands-on experience in executing

brand-led creative strategies. This role requires someone who can take ownership of all

product-related creatives, manage shoots, and ensure consistency across all visual

outputs. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industry will be

preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the creative team, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery

Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with brand identity and business goals

Oversee all graphic design work including social media creatives, website banners, and

marketing assets

Manage end-to-end product-related creatives, ensuring consistency and premium visual

appeal

Plan, coordinate, and supervise product and campaign shoots

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels

Collaborate with marketing and social media teams for campaign ideation and execution

Review, refine, and maintain quality standards for all creative outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in creative design and team management

Strong expertise in graphic design and visual aesthetics

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Experience in shoot planning, direction, and execution

Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual storytelling

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred

Candidate Preferences:

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred

Candidates residing within a 1015 km radius of East of Kailash, Delhi

Willingness to work from office 6 days (on-site role)
