Creative Lead Performance Ads (D2C)


Location: Noida (On-site)



Role Summary


We are looking for a Creative Lead who can build and scale a high-performing ad creative engine.


Your job is not to make creatives look good.

Your job is to make creatives generate revenue.



What You Will Own


* Ad creatives across Meta, Google, YouTube

* Hooks, angles, messaging

* Creative testing pipeline

* UGC content strategy



Key Responsibilities


1. Creative Strategy


* Identify winning angles:

* Problem-solution

* Emotional hooks

* Urgency / fear / aspiration

* Develop multiple ad concepts weekly



2. Script & Hook Writing


* Write high-converting:

* Ad scripts

* Hooks (first 3 seconds)

* Headlines



3. Creative Production


* Work with:

* Video editors

* Designers

* UGC creators

* Ensure fast output of creatives



4. Testing Engine


* Launch 2050 creatives per week

* Kill losers fast, scale winners

* Constant iteration



5. Performance Alignment


* Work with Performance Head

* Analyze:

* CTR

* Hook rate

* Conversion



6. UGC & Content System


* Build pipeline of:

* Influencers

* Real users

* Testimonial content



What Were Looking For


* 37 years in:

* Performance creatives / D2C ads

* Strong understanding of:

* Consumer psychology

* Hook writing

* Experience in:

* Meta ads creatives

* Short-form video



Must Have


* Can show winning creatives (with metrics)

* Understands what makes people click & buy

* Fast execution mindset



Compensation


* Fixed + performance bonus

* Linked to:

* CTR improvement

* CAC reduction (indirect)

* Winning creatives scaled

* CTR (Click-through rate)
