Who we are

MindSnack builds consumer apps for the US market. Our flagship product, Kael, is an AI life coach that helps people identify the patterns and mental scripts holding them back think CBT meets sharp product design. We're a small, fast team that ships ideas fast and learns from real users.


What this role actually is


This isn't a "make pretty posts" job. You'll be the creative engine behind our social and content owning ideas from the first spark to the final ad. You'll work directly with the video editing team to bring concepts to life, and sit close to the ads team to understand what's working and why.


What you'll own


  • Ideating content concepts that feel native to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts not polished, branded fluff
  • Writing hooks, scripts, and briefs for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Managing MindSnack and Kael's social presence end-to-end posting, engagement, testing formats
  • Collaborating with the video team to execute your concepts
  • Working with the paid ads team to understand what creative performs and iterating based on data
  • Tracking what's working views, CTR, saves, comments and using it to sharpen future ideas


You might be a fit if


  • You've made content before your own page, a college project, a freelance client, anything real
  • You think in hooks, not paragraphs
  • You actually use apps like Kael, Headspace, or Duolingo and can talk about why they work
  • You're curious about the US consumer market and what drives people there
  • You don't need to be told what to post you come in with ideas
  • Bonus: you understand even a little bit about psychology, behavior change, or why people do what they do


You're probably not a fit if


  • You need detailed briefs before you can come up with anything
  • You've only done academic design projects
  • You think good content = high production value


What you'll learn


  • How a consumer app grows from zero creative strategy, paid social, product storytelling, and the feedback loop between content and conversion.
