At HYPEDIN, we help leading brands connect with Gen Z through campus marketing, creator campaigns, and on-ground experiences. Were looking for a Creative Executive who can think beyond the obvious, build compelling pitch decks, and create visually strong presentations that help us win business.

This is a hands-on creative role where youll be responsible for both ideas and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation

• Develop fresh, innovative campaign ideas for leading brands.
• Brainstorm concepts for campus activations, influencer campaigns, digital content, and experiential marketing.
• Create original campaign names, themes, and engagement mechanics.

Pitch Decks & Proposals

• Build high-quality brand proposals and client presentations.
• Convert ideas into structured, visually appealing pitch decks.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on new business pitches.

Design & Creative Execution

• Design presentations, mockups, campaign visuals, and marketing creatives.
• Ensure every client-facing document meets HYPEDINs creative standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to convert approved ideas into executable campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong creative thinking and ideation skills.
• Proficiency in Canva (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory).
• Experience creating professional pitch decks and presentations.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or Figma.
• Experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency, or creative studio.
• Experience working on brand campaigns, activations, or youth marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing presentations, campaign concepts, branding work, or marketing creatives.
