Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision and campaign strategy for our real estate brand. This is not a production-only role. We are looking for a professional who can think strategically, generate fresh campaign ideas, create engaging content concepts, and lead the execution of high-impact marketing creatives.

The ideal candidate should understand how to position real estate projects in the market through compelling visuals, storytelling, and branding that drive inquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies for project launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
• Create concepts for digital ads, social media, print media, outdoor branding, brochures, and events
• Lead and guide graphic designers, content writers, photographers, and video editors
• Build campaign messaging, themes, and visual directions from scratch
• Ensure all creatives align with premium brand standards and business goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor campaigns to create standout strategies
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation performance
• Oversee campaigns from ideation to final execution

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Director / Art Director / Brand Strategist
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign ideation and creative leadership
• Experience in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or architecture sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of branding, consumer psychology, and performance marketing
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to think commercially and creatively
