Total Openings: 5 Positions (2x UI/UX Designers | 3x Graphic & Video Designer)

Salary Range: 15,000 40,000 / month (Commensurate with skills, portfolio, and experience)

About the Opportunity:

Redphantom Tech Novelty is seeking highly creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Designers to join our growing team. We currently have Five open positions tailored for individuals who can seamlessly blend user functionality with stunning visual aesthetics.

Whether your core strength lies in designing intuitive website wireframes, crafting scroll-stopping marketing graphics, or producing highly engaging video content, we want you on our team!

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Depending on the specific role you are applying for, your responsibilities will include:

UI/UX Design (2 Openings):

Design high-quality, modern, and highly intuitive Website/Web Applications, Apps (all kind) Layouts,

Develop clear and detailed Wireframes, App/Software Prototypes.

Graphic Design (3 Opening combined with Video Editing):

Conceptualize and design high-quality visuals for daily Social Media Posts, Banners, and Posters.

Design professional corporate materials, including PDF Brochures and creative document layouts.

Perform advanced Image Editing and Manipulation.

Maintain brand consistency through a deep understanding of color theory, typography, fonts, and branding principles.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

Perform Advanced Video Creation and Editing.

Create, edit, and optimize engaging short-form video content.

Required Software & Tools Mastery:

To be successful in these roles, you should have hands-on experience with the following industry-standard tools:

For UI/UX: Figma

For Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva

For Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects

Who We Are Looking For:

Strong creativity with an eye for modern design aesthetics.

The ability to understand project requirements and translate them into high-quality visual solutions.

A robust portfolio showcasing your best work in UI/UX, Graphic Design, or Video Editing.

Freshers with exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply!
