About the Role

We're not looking for someone who just "makes content." We're looking for a storyteller, a trend-spotter, and a scroll-stopper. Someone who wakes up with ideas and can't wait to bring them to life on screen.

You'll be the creative engine behind our social presence crafting videos that don't just look good, but actually make people feel something and hit that Follow button.

What You'll Own

• Ideate, script, shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Develop content concepts, write punchy scripts and build storyboards that bring campaigns to life
• Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats and audio trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to make sure every piece of content ladders up to the brand story
• Track performance metrics, learn what's working and keep evolving the strategy

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera-based)
• Good understanding of platform-specific content formats and audience behavior
• Creative thinking with the ability to execute ideas quickly and independently
