The Roles

Brand Partnerships Manager

For the dealmakers and relationship builders

You will:

Build and manage relationships with brands and media agencies

Drive revenue through branded content partnerships

Identify opportunities across FMCG, kids, family, lifestyle and consumer brands

Close partnerships and manage long-term brand relationships

Work closely with the solutions team to bring brand campaigns to life

Key KPIs

Revenue generated through brand collaborations

Number of new brand partnerships closed

Strength and growth of brand / agency pipeline

Repeat partnerships and client retention

Brand Solutions Specialist

For creative strategists and storytellers

You will:

Turn brand briefs into engaging content concepts

Create compelling stories where brands and their products become a natural part of the narrative

Design innovative brand integrations within kids & family storytelling

Build impactful proposals and pitch decks

Work closely with partnerships and production teams to bring campaigns to life

Key KPIs

Proposal-to-conversion ratio

Quality and originality of brand story concepts

Campaign performance and brand satisfaction

Ability to translate brand objectives into memorable storytelling
