Job Title: Creative Automation Designer / Production Designer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Mumbai/Trivandrum

We are looking for a detail-oriented Creative Automation Designer who can transform approved creative designs into scalable, production-ready outputs using a creative automation platform. This role focuses on enabling creatives to adapt across multiple formats, channels, and markets through structured templates and data-driven inputs rather than developing new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Convert design masters into automation-ready templates
• Audit creatives for scalability and identify potential risks early
• Define layout behavior for dynamic inputs such as copy, localization, and formats
• Work with feed sheets (Excel / Google Sheets) to align data with design outputs
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Handle edge cases like overflow, reflow, spacing, and layout breakage
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across markets
• Support testing and QA processes using real content

Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components)

High Priority Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of design systems and brand guidelines
• Ability to translate creative concepts into scalable design logic
• Experience with digital formats (banners, social media, email creatives)
• Good communication skills in English

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with creative automation tools (e.g., Bannerflow, Celtra)
• Familiarity with Google Web Designer
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, or InDesign
