About the Role :


We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead our CPG research practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in consumer and shopper research, along with the ability to drive client engagement, solutioning, and business growth. This role requires a blend of research excellence, consultative problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Consumer & Shopper Research

  • Lead the design and execution of consumer research studies including brand tracking, customer segmentation, consumer behavior analysis, path-to-purchase studies, Voice of Customer (VoC), and market landscaping.
  • Drive end-to-end project ownership including questionnaire design, research execution, analysis, insight generation, and final reporting.
  • Apply strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey design, and sampling techniques.

Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and translating them into actionable research solutions.
  • Deliver strategic, insight-driven recommendations that help clients make informed business decisions.
  • Manage senior client stakeholders and lead presentations with confidence and clarity.

Business Development & Solutioning

  • Support business growth through consultative selling and strategic solutioning.
  • Develop compelling responses to RFIs/RFPs and articulate the value proposition of research-led solutions.
  • Create impactful case studies, success stories, and thought leadership assets to showcase business impact.

Leadership & Practice Management

  • Lead projects independently while ensuring high standards of quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide teams across project execution and client engagement.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the CPG practice through innovation and capability building.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Years of experience in consumer research, shopper insights, consulting, or related domains within B2C/CPG.
  • Strong expertise in consumer insight methodologies such as segmentation, brand measurement, path-to-purchase, customer experience, and consumer behavior studies.
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business development and proposal management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
