Job Description

As an Associate in Cross Product Change Services supporting Asset Servicing Transformation, you deliver end-to-end testing across technical flows. You document and execute test scenarios, monitor defects, and validate results for internal sign-off. You partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end testing across Asset Servicing technical flows
- Document and execute test scenarios, writing scripts in LLM
- Provide accurate testing estimates during daily calls
- Monitor and report testing defects, manage re-testing processes
- Validate and present test results for internal sign-off
- Utilize test automation tools for efficient test execution
- Identify and syndicate opportunities to accelerate testing processes
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups
- Manage multiple projects to meet stakeholder expectations
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint/Pitch Pro
- Contribute actively to program updates and team meetings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Demonstrate experience in Custody Corporate Actions processing, especially US domestic and income
- Apply relevant testing experience within Financial Services across multiple LOBs
- Utilize applications such as TCS BaNCS and related systems
- Exhibit expertise in Agile project delivery methodologies
- Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts
- Manage critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly with team members, senior leads, and clients
