Job Description
We are looking for an experienced operations leader to manage and drive end-to-end Visa Application Centre (VAC) operations in the North.
Role: Country Head Visa Operations
Location: Mumbai / Delhi , India
The role will be responsible for:
Multi-site operations management
P&L ownership and profitability
Embassy / Mission relationship management
Customer experience & SLA delivery
Process compliance and operational excellence
Team leadership and workforce planning
Business development & value-added services
Required Experience:
1015 years of experience in Visa / Hospitality / Retail banking operations
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles
Strong exposure to large-scale operations and stakeholder management
Proven experience managing profitability, compliance, and service delivery
Strong people leadership and strategic planning skills
