Position: Senior Tendering & BOQ Billing Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project requirements.

Perform quantity take-offs for civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Estimate project costs including materials, labor, and overheads.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Float inquiries to vendors/contractors and evaluate quotations.

Prepare comparative statements and rate analysis reports.

Assist in budgeting, cost planning, and cost control.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams.

Track project expenses and highlight cost deviations.

Support tendering processes and contract documentation.
