About the Role

We are looking for a CSR & Partnerships Manager to lead corporate partnerships and funding initiatives for our education and edtech projects.

This role will focus on:

• Driving CSR funding
• Managing existing partnerships
• Building strategic alliances with corporates, PSUs, and foundations

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard new CSR partners, corporates, PSUs, and foundations
• Generate funding for education & edtech CSR projects
• Manage and strengthen existing CSR relationships
• Build partnerships with corporates, government bodies & HNIs
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams for execution & reporting
• Identify new funding opportunities and collaborations
• Represent EEF in client meetings and CSR forums
• Travel for partner meetings and project coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in CSR / NGO partnerships / fundraising / corporate alliances
• Strong exposure to CSR funding and partnership development
• Experience working with corporates, PSUs, or foundations
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to education/edtech is a plus
• Strong presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools
• Willingness to travel

Education

Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA from a reputed institute
