This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting the organization's operations, contracts, and governance. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, managing corporate transactions, advising on legal risks, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role also includes collaborating with other departments to ensure proper legal processes are followed and assisting in the development of legal policies.

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and governance
• Experience with legal document drafting, including contracts, policies, and agreements
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Negotiation and communication expertise, with the ability to handle complex transactions and disputes
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); Master of Laws (LL.M) or additional certifications in corporate law are a plus
• Bar membership and eligibility to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
