We are hiring a Corporate Actions Ops Analyst APAC Markets

• Location: Bangalore
• Work Model: Onsite
• Experience: 5 to 7 years
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Role details:

Here are some specific requirements for the role:

• Asset Servicing event creation.
• Perform day-to-day processing and reconciliation of all Corporate Action Events.
• Identification, escalation, and resolution of corporate action issues understanding while working against critical deadlines.
• Processing ad-hoc bond conversion requests on 144A/REGS securities.
• Working with external brokers to process events on Repo / Stock Loan positions and settle claims.
• Broadridge NAPE experience is preferred

The role will be to support APAC synthetic prime activities and must possess CM Ops experiences from large GSIBs.

The candidates will need to be interviewed by us + client, so we must put forth strong candidates. This will help us demonstrate our CM depth + give us an opportunity to pitch on additional roles (e.g. tax operations).
