- Protocol exposure (OSPF & BGP)
- Troubleshooting exposure (L2 & L3)
- Shift lead / Backup lead capabilities
- Incident and Change Management
- RCA - Root Cause Analysis
- Independent in Customer / Partner collaboration calls
- Exposure in Project Governance (SLA / KPI / Business review reports)
- Strong Communications
- Ability to shift the roles and responsibilities
