Experience : 35 years of relevant copywriting experience, preferably with technology-led businesses and financial institutions

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Copywriter who can translate complex financial and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content. The ideal candidate will have strong experience creating content for technology-driven websites and social media platforms of financial institutions, with a proven ability to decode topics such as repo rate, inflation, monetary policy, market trends, and financial indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for technology-based websites, landing pages, blogs, and product explainers
• Create social media content for financial institutions that simplifies complex financial concepts (e.g., repo rate changes, RBI announcements, interest rates, economic indicators)
• Break down technical and financial jargon into easy-to-understand narratives without losing accuracy
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone
• Adapt content for different platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and website blogs
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Stay updated with financial news, economic policies, and technology trends to create timely and relevant content
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high quality and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 45 years of experience in copywriting for technology, fintech, banking, NBFCs, or financial services
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as repo rate, interest rates, inflation, monetary policy, and market dynamics
• Proven ability to simplify complex topics for mass and professional audiences
• Excellent command over written English with strong storytelling skills
• Experience writing for digital platforms and social media
• Ability to balance creativity with compliance in regulated industries
• Strong attention to detail and fact-checking

Good to Have

• Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or financial institutions
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for content writing
• Ability to work with data, reports, and research to extract key insights
• Prior experience in B2B or corporate communication is a plus
