Copywriter (Serialized Narratives)

Were looking for someone whos comfortable crafting captions and long-form copy, but more importantly, hungry to master serialized storytelling.

This isnt a traditional copywriting role. Its for someone who thrives on continuity, audience obsession, and evolving narratives.

What youll actually be doing:

• Write every caption, inner monologue, story sequence, and carousel copy in distinct character voicesswitching fluently without blending.
• Own the ongoing central narrativemaintain continuity, advance the story with each post.
• Pitch and develop formats like Situationship Report, Red Flag Audit, Honest Report, and Decision breakdowns.
• Track audience response to story arcs and adjust pacingthis is serialized writing, not standalone posts.

Youll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years writing digital content with a strong personal voice.
• Ideally have created newsletters, Substack, or long-caption Instagram content that built a following.
• Understand modern Indian urban women from the insidethis is not a demographic brief, it is a lived experience requirement.
• Enjoy figuring things out on your own (YouTube rabbit holes = research).
• Like the idea of your job evolving constantly.

• Youve built and sustained a personal following through writing.
