About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, culturally aware, and finance-savvy Copywriter & Social Media Strategist to lead content storytelling for a premium financial brand. This role requires someone who can blend strategic thinking with elevated creative execution translating complex financial concepts into sophisticated, engaging, and platform-native content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking, finance, or fintech, along with experience managing and growing social-first brands with a refined, premium aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and write high-quality content across digital and social platforms, including:
• Short-form video scripts & reels
• Brand campaigns & ad copies
• Thought leadership & educational finance content
• Product narratives and customer communication
• Drive social media content strategy and day-to-day content planning across platforms
• Ensure the brand maintains a premium, intelligent, and culturally relevant voice across all touchpoints
• Simplify complex financial and banking concepts into engaging, audience-friendly storytelling
• Collaborate closely with design, video, and marketing teams for end-to-end campaign execution
• Stay updated on finance trends, consumer behavior, social media trends, and platform best practices
• Manage content calendars, publishing coordination, and overall social media communication consistency
• Optimize content performance through insights, audience understanding, and platform analytics
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and brand tonality

Requirements

• Background in Finance, Banking, Economics, FinTech, or related domains
• 36 years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, content strategy, or social media management
• Prior experience working with BFSI, banking, wealth, luxury, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and video-led content
• Exceptional command of English; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage
• Ability to balance creativity with accuracy and strategic communication
• Strong understanding of premium digital aesthetics and audience sensibilities
• Must carry own laptop
