Were hiring a Copywriter who thinks like a growth marketer, someone who can break down what works, rebuild it into sharper scripts, and scale winning ideas across languages and audiences.

What Youll Do

• Write hooks that grab attention within the first 2 seconds
• Create high-converting 1545 sec scripts with a clear flow: attention interest action
• Take one core idea and expand it into multiple angles: emotional, funny, dramatic, curiosity-led
• Write across formats: UGC-style, talking head, voiceover, meme/clip-based
• Adapt scripts across languages while maintaining cultural nuance and relatability
• Make content feel real, raw, and native to the platform
• Obsess over performance metrics: hook rate, watch time, retention, CTR
• Iterate fast: test learn tweak repeat

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in performance-focused copywriting
• Fluency in at least one: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi (more is a plus)
• Strong instinct for ad-first writing
• Deep understanding of Tier 2/3 audience behaviour, tone, and cultural context
• Ability to think in formats, hooks, and angles, not just one script
• Experience writing UGC-style ads
• Familiarity with Meta ad ecosystem (A/B testing hooks, creatives, formats)

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
