We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Copy Editor to join our new Business News YouTube Channel team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing and proofreading skills, with experience in digital and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread scripts, news copies, captions, headlines, and social media content.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency across all content.

Manage and curate content across social media platforms while maintaining brand tone and editorial standards.

Develop strategies to improve engagement across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.

Review YouTube titles, descriptions, and metadata for better visibility and engagement.

Coordinate with content creators, editors, and creative teams for smooth content delivery.

Stay updated with business news, trends, and digital media best practices.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in Copy Editing, Editorial, or Digital Content roles.

Strong command of English language and proofreading skills.

Understanding of YouTube content, social media content, and digital publishing.

Knowledge of business/news content is a plus.
