Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Copy Supervisor to lead copy development across digital campaigns, social media, brand communication, and integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and brand voice, capable of mentoring junior writers while delivering high-impact creative work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead copy development for digital campaigns, social media, websites, performance creatives, influencer campaigns, and integrated brand communication.
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts and communication.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, design, strategy, social, media, and client servicing teams.
  • Review, refine, and approve copy developed by junior team members.
  • Mentor and guide copywriters and interns to elevate creative quality and writing standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and new business pitches.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform best practices, pop culture, and emerging consumer behaviors.
  • Present creative rationale and communication ideas to internal teams and clients when required.


Key Skills & Requirements

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.
  • Ability to write across formats including social media, films, digital campaigns, websites, influencer content, and ad copies.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
