US Staffing Coordinator Mainline & Resume Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive US Staffing Coordinator to support our recruitment delivery team. The role involves managing US mainline calls, candidate communication, and professional resume formatting to ensure high-quality submissions to clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of exposure to US staffing/recruitment processes and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Handle US mainline calls professionally and route inquiries to appropriate recruiters or delivery leads

Communicate with candidates for basic screening, availability checks, and information gathering

Format and standardize candidate resumes as per client submission guidelines

Ensure resumes are error-free, properly structured, and ATS compliant

Coordinate with recruiters and delivery team for timely candidate submissions

Maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems

Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and submission tracking

Support the delivery team with administrative recruitment tasks

Required Skills

1+ year experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Support

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience handling US mainline or candidate coordination calls

Excellent resume formatting and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication

Ability to work during US overlap hours

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to US recruitment lifecycle

Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards

Basic understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
