Controlling Associate

Role:

• Handling huge databases in Excel and supporting in automation of those processes
• Analysing financial data, key cost streams and ensure booking accuracy
• Ensuring smoothly running financial processes with focus on warehouse and stock
• Drawing conclusions and propose solutions
• Supporting Management in financial related tasks
• Preparation of reports and analysis for project owners and Top Management
• Cooperation with Finance department teams in regard to the closing of accounting cycles
• Implementation of new controlling solutions and tools to optimize and automate processes
• Experience with warehouse procedures and financial stock validation/reconciliation

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on attitude
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems independently
• Knowledge of English on a communicative level, C1
• Experience in finance, economics, supply chain and/or IT (minimum 2 years)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data analysis tools and data visualization)
• Strong ability to analyze large volumes of financial data and draw meaningful conclusions
• MS Business Central/Dynamics, Power BI, Power Query in practice would be an asset
