JD - Control System Design
Technical
- SPM/Machine design, Concept design / Modification/Evolution for control panels
- Creation of Bill of Material, General Arrangements (GA), Synoptic, Terminal list
- Electrical components selection and calculation (Both IEC & CSA/UL standards)
- Safety PLC & Safety architecture design (Both IEC & SIL standards)
- Pneumatic knowledge (Symbols & Circuit)
- Knowledge of PLC & IO configuration
- Self-Quality Check Design & Drawings
- Design review
Tools
- SEE Electrical preferred (equivalent Eplan)
- TeamCenter (Siemens)
