Job Description

Develop test and maintain mainframe applications using Enterprise Cobol and DB2 Work within the MAINFRAME COBOL CICS DB2 skill family to deliver highquality software solutions Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability and performance Participate in system upgrades enhancements and migration activities Maintain documentation related to software development and system configurations

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient database queries and stored procedures in DB2 Optimize application performance through code tuning and database optimization Ensure data integrity and security within mainframe applications Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members Coordinate with testing teams to validate application functionality and performance Assist in planning and executing deployment activities in production environments Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mainframe technologies
