Content Writing Intern – AI Proposal Decks (Messaging & Content)

We are looking for a motivated Content Writing Intern who is passionate about crafting clear, professional, and persuasive content. You will help create high-quality proposal decks that are used to win client projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in business communication, proposal writing, and AI-assisted content creation.

Title: Content Writing Intern Proposal Decks (Messaging & Content)

Key Responsibilities:

• Take structured inputs, meeting notes, technical details, and raw data and convert them into compelling, well-structured proposal decks.
• Craft clear, persuasive, and executive-friendly content for individual slides focusing on messaging, tone, flow, and impact.
• Understand client context and tailor messaging to what the client would expect (professional, benefit-driven, and human-centric).
• Effectively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to generate drafts quickly, then refine and customize them with natural, high-quality language never copy-paste AI output.
• Maintain consistency with company templates and branding while improving clarity and visual-text alignment.
• Support SOW (Statement of Work) documentation when required (secondary responsibility).
• Take full ownership of assigned decks from content structuring to final delivery with minimal back-and-forth.
• Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback quickly and deliver under tight timelines.

What Were Looking For (Must-Have Skills)

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand, client-friendly language.
• Proven experience in content/messaging for proposals, decks, technical documents, blogs, SOPs, whitepapers, or similar.
• Strong understanding of executive presentation tone concise, confident, and professional.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation + ability to customize and humanize the output.
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset you proactively improve content quality.
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality output even when inputs are not 100% perfect.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience creating proposal decks or sales presentations.
• Basic familiarity with PowerPoint / Google Slides formatting (visual design is not the primary requirement we have templates).
• Portfolio showcasing proposal decks, technical content, or messaging samples.
